Transaction Data: Details about the Georgian wines you purchase (Gallant, Gloria Qvevri, etc.), order numbers, shipping status, and payment details (processed securely by a third-party processor).

Authentication Data: Encrypted credentials used to securely log you into your account (managed by Better Auth).

How We Use Your Data

Order Fulfillment & Shipping: To process your order, calculate accurate state taxes, and generate compliant shipping labels with UPS and VinoShipper.

Legal Compliance: To verify that the purchaser is 21 or older (age verification) and to meet the excise and sales tax reporting requirements of your shipping destination state.

Communication: To send you order confirmations, shipping updates (via Resend), and respond to customer service inquiries.

Site Improvement: To analyze site usage and purchase trends (what Qvevri wines are popular) to improve our product offerings and user experience.

Disclosure of Your Information

Compliance Partners: We legally must share your address, name, and purchase data with compliance platforms like VinoShipper and shipping carriers (UPS) to ensure the shipment meets all destination state laws and includes the "Adult Signature Required" flag.

Payment Processors: Your payment information is shared only with certified payment processors (e.g., Square) to complete the transaction. We do not store full credit card details.

Legal Requests: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law (e.g., in response to a court order or subpoena) or to protect the safety of our company and customers.
