Please read these terms carefully before using our service.
1. Mandatory Age Restriction (21+)
By placing an order with Vino Ghvino 21, you warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Age Verification: We reserve the right to verify your age using third-party systems during checkout. If age cannot be verified, the order will be cancelled.
- Delivery Requirement: All shipments containing alcohol MUST be signed for by an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery (Adult Signature Required).
- Refusal: If ID verification fails or no eligible adult is available to sign, the product will be returned to us, and restocking fees may apply.
2. Orders, Payment, and Pricing
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping fees or any applicable state sales tax or excise taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
Order Acceptance: Orders placed through our site are considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, for any reason (e.g., inventory error, compliance check failure).
Data Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways (Square) and are encrypted (SSL). We do not store sensitive payment information.
3. Shipping and Delivery Restrictions
Compliance Partner: We utilize compliance services, including VinoShipper and carriers like UPS, to ensure legal shipment into your state.
Shipping States: Due to complex state laws, we can only ship to states where we and our partners hold valid direct shipping permits. Available states are verified during checkout.
Taxes: All applicable state and local sales tax and excise taxes will be automatically calculated based on the destination address.
Note: You are responsible for knowing the laws regarding wine shipment into your state.
4. Returns and Cancellations
Final Sale: Due to state and federal alcohol regulations, all sales of wine are generally final. We cannot accept returns unless the product is corked, flawed, or damaged during shipment.
Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for return shipping and replacement or refund.
Refused Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or an adult signature cannot be obtained, the customer is responsible for a restocking fee and return shipping charges.
5. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Service or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
